Or something like that. Our family plans to participate...no tv until Monday, 04/27/09! Of course, this is made easier by the weather - it's supposed to be in the eighties here all week - YIPPEE!!! And also, the only show we actually watch on tv is American Idol, and this week is Disco week. Yuck. Not hard to skip that!
I have a big jar of tadpoles, frog eggs, and snails on my kitchen counter. The boys and I and some neighbor kids spent an hour or so at the drainage ditch in the field behind our house hunting them Saturday. It was a lot of fun. The kids got all muddy and wet and happy as could be. I'm hoping the tadpoles will just eat whatever's in floating around in the water, 'cause I have no idea what to feed them. Anybody?
